About AT+ educational support services
AT+ recognises that teaching key skills to children and young people with autism, such as social communication, appropriate behaviour, toilet training, getting dressed and following instructions, can pose a number of challenges.
Children and young people also commonly need support with their eating habits, sleeping, accepting no, transitions to new environments and change in routine.
AT+ aims to provide advice on how to increase a child’s communication, promote the child’s learning and appropriate social behaviour. These advices are provided during the course of our consultation. Sign posting to additional services, such as ABA, Son-Rise, Talk Tools will also be made based on the child’s needs.
